Update | March 2010

Hola everyone! We thought this would be a good time to give you all an update about the Lab.

1 |  #PS020 Call for Entries “The Future Lab” has ended. We have received more than 70 entries and are now going through them and will shortly announce the final line up. Thank you to everyone that submitted the tracks. We will get in touch really soon. Due to the immense amount of submissions we got, and because we don’t want to hurry in making our choices, we will postpone the #PS020 release (that was scheduled for April, 7th). We are planning to have a great surprise for all of you on the 7th to celebrate our 3rd anniversary though.

2 |  “Bright Dawn Sketches” from subterminal was really well received and it has been featured on several blogs like “A Trompa“, “Oír para Creer“, “DeepGoa” and “Netlabel News“, among others.

3 | To compensate for the delay of #PS020 we are happy to announce that we have already the release dates for #PS018 and #PS019, as well as the names behind them, and they are no strangers to the Lab listeners: Digitube and Dustmotes will make their 2nd release here at the Lab on April 18th and 19th.

4 | Last but not least, we wish to welcome to the lab “Alpen Butter” a duo from Spain, living in Berlin that will be released for the first time here. You don’t want to miss it! One of the members of the duo is already on Twitter and you might want to start following him.
