They are called Half-BIT and if you have not heard of them you will, we are sure of it. What started as a creative block by PublicSpaces’s Lab “Monsieur 10,000 Volt” Fernando Fonseca (while finishing a remix for the amazing “Separate” track from Alka) gave way to a new project with PSLab’s liebling Kieron James. Called Half-BIT, the first result of this collaboration is creating some buzz on Twitter. Take a listen before we go on:
Alka – Separate (Half-BIT rmx)
Groovy right? But from these two we could not expect for them to sit tight. Right after finishing this remix they are now working on a totally different project to be presented at the “Expading’09 (netaudio.es)” that is taking place in our home town of Barcelona in a few weeks. This project involves crowd-sourcing, live Twitter feeds and a couple of other geek stuff. You can read all about it here or you can just jump right in:
- Follow Half-BIT on Twitter and use #halfbitbarcelona Twitter tag and they will get right back at you.
